Evaluation process

The participants have to do assignments after the completion of every module of the LEAD Management Programme. The evaluation process will be done based on the following aspects:

Learning Diary:

The candidates have to maintain a record in which they’ll write about their thoughts, learning, its relative practice in the world and their own experiences during the programme.

Pronouncement on organisation:

The participants have to write a brief note while starting the programme about the goal they sought for their organisation to achieve and then a detailed briefing after the completion of the programme that how the goal can be achieved by using the learning from the programme.

After reviewing the mentioned assessment, the participants would be awarded grades such as “Excellent”; “Good”; “Fair”; or “Poor”.
