Course Overview

The Strategic Human Resource Management training is a 5-month programme curated by IIM Visakhapatnam and the Ntulearn platform. Eligibility Criteria

For Indian participants, it is necessary to be a graduate from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/ State Government) to apply for the Strategic Human Resource Management certification. You can apply as a graduate from any background.

Similarly, international participants must also have a graduation or equivalent degree from any recognised institution/university of their country. Also, one year of work experience will be beneficial for all, whether Indian or international participants.
