Depending on the type of enrollment, you will get access to the course content. Though most of the course material is available for free if the candidate has taken audit mode. To get access to graded assignments and to get a certificate, the candidate needs to subscribe to the paid version before or after the course.
With a subscription plan, the candidate gets access to the entire course content as well as a certificate at the end of the course. They can add the certificate to the achievements tab, take a print out, or even add it to their Linkedin profile.
