The campus has a great infrastructure. well maintained and has all the amenities for the students. The campus is spacious, with well-laid-out academic blocks. The buildings are equipped with smart projectors, and the architecture of the campus is great.
The college has a good syllabus, and as its a main campus its a centre it provides wide range of programs with strong emphasis on both therotical an d practicle application of the contents which helps to develop personality.
As it's a government university, there are not many campus placements in the university, but there is a training and placement cell that helps students to build their personality and skills, which helps them to face the world.
The MBA program, which is costly in the autonomous colleges, is affordable and less expensive because it's non-autonomous, which helps the students to pursue the program easily. It also provide the scholarships and other monetary benefits for the students who are in need it is worth the money.
It is great enjoying the campus life, though it has strict rules and regulations but still provides the best to the students to bring out the new talents in every cultural program they conduct. the staff lectures are very supportive and are highly qualified,
They should focus on bringing more companies for the placements to college.
We have very good labs and infrastructure facilities. We have a physical library as well a virtual library, with a wide range of books available. We have a huge ground, indoor games room, basketball court, and a very good canteen. The food is very good. Campus is neat and hygiene.
Coming towards the faculty, teachers are very well educated, but students can't understand what they teach, leaving few exceptional teachers in a few departments. The curriculum is also new in R 19 at that time as per the new education policy for building both skills and personality.
Overall, I was satisfied with my college’s placement support. While there are areas for improvement, the dedication of the placement cell and the variety of opportunities available really contributed to my successful job search. I feel well-prepared to embark on my career post-graduation.
There are all the necessary facilities in our college campus . All facilities are good, but the food served is not good. The hostel is very good in our college, and the girls' hostel is very secure here. Medical facilities are also available, and some sports and games facilities are available.
The faculty is amazing, all of them guide you like a true mentor. Even talk about the latest Certificate course you can opt for improving your cv. The way of teaching is very appreciable and the course structure is quite relevant. We have a trimester based course structure and it is quite difficult but you'll easily pass it if you have paid attention in classes.
More than 60 companies are coming to the college campus. The students have been given a training of placement facing environment. Advanced level experts have visited the college to guide a student about real-life conditions in the industry.
My college is having all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment such as sports arena, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gym, canteen, etc. The classrooms and libraries are very well-maintained and the hostels are great in design and comfortable. The living spaces are clean and food is healthy and hygienic.
The teachers in this course are helpful and qualified. Their teaching quality is also good. The curriculum of my course is relevant and students are always ready for industrial visits. The semester in my course is easy and the pass percentage is more than 90%.
Due to recession many companies are recruiting very low scale of job rolls but due to good connections with companies my college have marvelous placement support to the college and help to the students to their career. Every department have their coordinators and their mentors to increase the student talent.
The infrastructure at the university is functional but basic. The facilities, especially for the Mathematics department, are just okay. They meet the bare minimum requirements but don’t go beyond that. I believe that if the university invested more in upgrading the infrastructure, it would create a much better environment for learning and overall student life.
The academics are excellent. the faculty members are highly supportive, understanding and always ready to help students. They use modern technology to enhance learning. Each classroom is quipped with projector making lecture more understandable, engaging and interactive.
Placement support at the college is excellent, with a high percentage of students getting placed in reputable companies. The placement cell organizes workshops, and job fairs that greatly enhance students’ employability. The average package is decent.
The overall infrastructure of this college is totally updated as per the academic trends of today's time and this college has really good classrooms as well as good libraries with facilities like Wi-Fi and smart classes. College has all the necessary infrastructure.
Teachers were knowledgeable and qualified, but the quality of teaching was not so good. Some teachers were really friendly with the students, so they didn't take an interest in their teaching. The college is good. and the curriculum is also relevant and in a good position. Exams are not very difficult: a person who studies at least 1 hour a day can easily clear the main exam and the semester.
The university's career placement office is highly regarded for its comprehensive services, which include resume and cover letter assistance, mock interviews, career fairs, and personalized career counseling. These resources help students effectively navigate the job market and secure meaningful employment upon graduation.
The college has average quality of furniture, infrastructure, facilities, it does not have advanced equipment such as WiFi, smart boards, projectors etc. It still relies on traditional system of teaching. The living space are quite clean. Campus is very hygiene.
The academic programs are rigorous and well-structured. The faculty is highly knowledgeable and approachable. There are numerous resources available, including well-equipped labs and an extensive library. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for real-world challenges, making the learning experience very enriching.
The course curriculum is one reason I joined this college. The passing percentage is 8 CGPA. There is no internship facility provided by the college. Placement is also not so good. Average placement is still lower than the whole college feels. You should not think about placement if you are joining this college.
Facilities provided to the students are Wi-Fi campus with personal internet connectivity in their room. Classrooms are equipped with projectors with fully air-conditioned. The library contains various journals, and the library gets updated daily, and the students get notification about the update.
About Academic program and dedicated faculty members the college offers variety of courses in different disciplines providing students with a well and good education. This university academic curriculum at designed to be comprehensive of and approved according to the needs of faculty.
Good placements which are good and have good thigs and they make us to learn also which makes good as a individual student for once opinion as that is good thing for each student they train all the things needed.
The environment around our college is peaceful and the trees make the college look so greeny. Our classrooms have every basic need like benches, fans etc. The college also provides adequate transportation facilities. All the necessary equipments are all available in the college campus itself.
Well experienced faculty members are there on the campus. Their teaching is directly injected into our minds and any type of doubts are clarified in the classroom regarding the subjects. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready.
Placement was good the quality of placement was also good the 80 percent students were placed in good position in good company and the highest salary goes to 23 LPA and average package goes to like the 5 to 6 LPA. Placement cell is helpful in getting Placements.
Central library, Hostel, Campus Wi-Fi, sports department, Health Centre and Laboratories every facilities are available and well maintained. Some Hostel are still under construction and departments also it going to be a more developed environment in coming years.
I am studying MBA. College has the autonomous status. Exams are CCA based with credit pattern. About teaching with experience teachers. Which provides quality education in the college. Teaching faculty is very supportive. Academics are upto date.
Placements of this college has a strong placement record, with a significant number of students getting placed in well-known projects. The placement cell is very active and offers various programs to enhance students' skills and prepare them for the placements.
Hello,
The cut-off ranks for DCET 2025 at VTU-affiliated colleges in Bangalore will influence your likelihood of securing lateral entry into engineering courses. According to data from past years, leading institutions like University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), RV College of Engineering (RVCE), MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, BMS College of Engineering, and Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (AIT) display lower cut-off ranks, indicating higher competitiveness.
For instance, UVCE's cut-off ranks ranged from approximately 5,000 to 12,000 based on the branch, whereas Dr. AIT and MS Ramaiah typically fell within the 7,000–10,000 range. Institutions such as Sir MVIT, Dayananda Sagar College, and PES College are affiliated with VTU and have different cut-off marks depending on the demand for branches and their availability.
If your DCET 2025 ranking is in this competitive category, you might achieve admission to one of these institutions for popular fields such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Remember that the precise cut-offs vary annually due to seat availability, candidate choices, and category reservations, thus it is crucial to participate in counselling and stay updated with KEA’s official announcements.
Hope this helps. All the best!
Hello Madhumati,
Since VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) is an Affiliating university, the placement rates are very much dependent on the individual colleges under VTU. The top affiliated colleges like RVCE, BMSCE and MSRIT have good placement rates with service-based companies and even product-based companies. However, tier-3 college placements would not be as good., Overall placement opportunities are more dependent on the college, and your skillset than the university.
