Academics
Exams and evaluations are conducted regularly, maintaining consistency. Some professors are excellent mentors, while others lack interactive teaching styles. Overall academics are satisfactory, but more focus on hands-on learning would make it stronger.
College Infra
Hostel life is disciplined and safe. Food quality is average and may not suit everyone’s preferences. Still, accommodation facilities are generally comfortable.
The university offers good lab infrastructure for practical learning.
Placements
The placement cell provides resume guidance and aptitude training. Despite this, personalized mentorship could improve. Students who actively participate benefit more than those who depend only on last-minute preparation.

M.Tech Digital Electronics and Communication Systems - Batch of 2021-01-01
Academics
The academic setup for M.Tech is strong, with detailed syllabus and guidance from experienced faculty. Seminars, research papers, and project work form an important part. Students get a chance to explore advanced topics in depth with expert support.
College Infra
VTU Belagavi has a wide campus with well-structured classrooms, research spaces, and good labs for M.Tech projects. The library is rich with technical journals and e-resources. Overall, the facilities support higher studies and research-oriented learning.
Campus Life
Campus life at VTU is calm yet engaging. There are student activities, events, and workshops that bring exposure. Hostel and canteen facilities are decent, and the overall environment supports both academic focus and personal growth.
Placements
Placement opportunities are good for M.Tech graduates. Many well-known companies, especially in IT and core fields, hire from here. With the right skills and preparation, getting placed is achievable, as I personally secured a job after my course.
Value For Money
The fee is reasonable for a state university when compared with private colleges. Considering the quality of education and the good career chances after completion, the investment feels fair and rewarding in the long run.

The college has a good syllabus, and as its a main campus its a centre it provides wide range of programs with strong emphasis on both therotical an d practicle application of the contents which helps to develop personality.
College Infra
The campus has a great infrastructure. well maintained and has all the amenities for the students. The campus is spacious, with well-laid-out academic blocks. The buildings are equipped with smart projectors, and the architecture of the campus is great.
Campus Life
It is great enjoying the campus life, though it has strict rules and regulations but still provides the best to the students to bring out the new talents in every cultural program they conduct. the staff lectures are very supportive and are highly qualified,
Placements
As it's a government university, there are not many campus placements in the university, but there is a training and placement cell that helps students to build their personality and skills, which helps them to face the world.
Value For Money
The MBA program, which is costly in the autonomous colleges, is affordable and less expensive because it's non-autonomous, which helps the students to pursue the program easily. It also provide the scholarships and other monetary benefits for the students who are in need it is worth the money.

Hi Huzaifa,
Securing a pass after scoring 12–13 marks requires a significant, though possible, increase. Apply if you are confident in your accuracy, but remember the 15-mark update rule and the 630 fee. Since the jump is steep, it's wise to study for the makeup exam simultaneously.

As per the official website of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), the campus you mentioned is a PG Centre. If that is the case, I’m afraid you may not be able to take admission there, as the specific course you are looking for is not offered.
