The college offers courses at two levels - undergraduate and postgraduate. Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune courses are offered in the Engineering and Architecture and Computer Applications streams. Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune UG courses are B.E. Computer Engineering, B.E. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, B.E. Mechanical Engineering and B.E. Automation and Robotics Engineering. The fee for the MESCOE UG course (B.E.) is Rs. 4,37,000. To be eligible for MESCOE B.E. admissions, candidates must have cleared the Class 12th in Science stream with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognised board.
Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune PG courses are M.E. Mechanical Engineering Design, M.E. Computer Engineering and M.E.Signal Processing. MESCOE Pune PG course fee is Rs. 2,32,000. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 50% marks from a recognised university to be eligible for Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune PG admissions. MESCOE Pune courses are offered in regular mode only.

College Infrastructure
College have the rich infrastructural building. .it consists of the indoor gym and college canteen is also very good . There is mess for hostel student which is very good . The campus is well maintained and hygienic .

The lab and classroom in college is very advanced with high tech equipment. Also well maintain workshop are available in college. There is Mess and canteen that provides good food. also hostels facility available in college campus also separate college parking available for students.

Infrastructure of college is best. The building is much large enough for every branch .The college building has separate library and Laboratory for students. College also provides wifi facility to the students.
