Greetings, aspirant!

The eligibility criteria for B.Ed states that the candidate must have finished their graduation in any stream, be it arts, commerce or science. The candidate must have graduated with a minimum aggregate of 55% from a recognised board

There are various entrance exams conducted by Universities that you can appear for to get an admission in the respective University.

So, to answer your question, yes you can go for a B.ed degree after finishing your B.Sc CS degree.
