Haii Niharika!!You better to go for job so that you can get experience and it will let you know the practical knowledge and the go for CCNP ,because the CCNA covers the basics where as CCNP helps you to clear your concepts and you can also get very good opportunities .It adds more weightage to  your resume and to get very good packages too.Hope above information helped you.
