Dear Student ,

After completing MBBS exam , you can go through or apply any Govt. exam (like in PSU's or ESI Hospitals ..state govt exams )in medical field/health sectors . Well, if you wish to switch your career but want govt job , you can apply for UPSC CSE or SSC CGL or some Railway exams .

You can also appear for CMS exam conducted by UPSC.For getting job in Army , navy or defence (as a doctor /physician /Emergency services), you can appear for this too to get a permanent job position.
