You will not be eligible for 85% state quota seats of Gujarat because you need to have domicile of Gujarat for those 85% seats which you don't have, to get the domicile of Gujarat he/she needs to satisfy the given conditions :-

>>>>>>>>> The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.

>>>>>>>>> The person who was born in Gujarat should have been residing in Gujarat for at least 10 years.

>>>>>>>>> You should have land or any immovable property in Gujarat for which the copy of Record of Rights (RoR) must be submitted.

>>>>>>>>> If any of your family member was in regular Government service of Gujarat then also you can apply for the domicile certificate.

So merely by passing class 10th and 12th won't make you eligible for state quota counselling for 85% state quota seats of Gujarat.
