Hello, with a score of 405 there are chances to get admission for MBBS under state quota in Karnataka. As you have not mentioned your category. I have mentioned some colleges which gave admission to students with cut off below 400 for all category students in 2018. 

1. Mandya institute of Medical Sciences.

2. Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences.

3. Bidar Institute of Medical Science. 

All these colleges had a cut off of less than 405 for 2018. The cut off changes every year. Therefore, there are slight chances for admission.

since results are not out we dont know the actual cut off we can just predict on the basis oif previous year cut off. in 2018 cut off for states qouta government seat in karnataka was 

• 374-512 marks for genral category 
• 343-407 marks for OBC
• 269-375 marks for SC
• 335-446 marks for ST

As you haven't mentioned your category, assuming you to be of general category. According to last year cutoffs you can not get a MBBS seat in Karnataka as your marks are not upto the cutoff mark for respective medical colleges in Karnataka. You can go for private college.
