As you are from UP then there is bunch of colleges you will find in Noda and Ghaziabad region. I will prefer to take a look over HBTU kanpur, he have a very decent placement record and another one is MMMUT gorakhpur, he also have a very good record. You will really some good colleges in NCR region. And if you wat to participate in Counseling then go with the CSAB ( special round for vacant seats) where you can get some good NIT's and IIIT's with CSE/IT branch like NIT Srinagar, NIT jamshedpur, NIT Goa, and some lower IIIT''s.
