Yes, diploma holder can get admission in L.D.College of Engineering to achieve bachelor degree . after diploma as per the ACPC rules through the admission process from diploma to degree engineering one can be admitted to LD College,while for DAIICT a Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education of at least 3 year duration is eligible,For more information on DAIICT check this link,
