Yes, diploma holder can get admission in L.D.College of Engineering to achieve bachelor degree. after diploma as per the ACPC rules through the admission process from diploma to degree engineering one can be admitted to LD College,while for DAIICT a Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education of at least 3 year duration is eligible,For more information on DAIICT check this link,
