LDCE Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

LD College of Engineering Ahmedabad offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. LDCE Ahmedabad admissions are offered to BE, MCA and M.E/M.Tech programmes. For LDCE admission to the BE programmes, candidates have to appear for GUJCET/JEE Main examination. Then, candidates who meet the cutoff score for LDCE admission need to attend the GUJCET counselling process conducted by ACPC.

LDCE Ahmedabad BE Admission Procedure 

• First, candidates should meet the eligibility criteria for LDCE admission.

• Candidates have to apply and appear for the entrance exam- GUJCET/JEE Main.

• A merit list is prepared based on the scores obtained in GUJCET.

• Candidates must meet the LDCE Ahmedabad cut-off for B.E admission.

• Candidates have to select LD College of Engineering Ahmedabad, as their desired college.

• Further, candidates who meet the cutoff are required to participate in the GUJCET counselling process conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).

• Final admission is offered after seat allotment, verification of documents and LDCE admission fee payment.

LD College of Engineering Ahmedabad offers 19 postgraduate programmes. The PG courses offered for LDCE admissions are MCA and M.E /M.Tech in 19 specialisations. The course duration of the LDCE Ahmedabad ME and MCA programme is 2 years.

• Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria for LDCE admission.

• Candidates have to apply and appear for the entrance exam- Gujarat PGCET/GATE.

• Then, they need to register for the counselling process conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) on the ACPC website.

• Next, the merit list is released based on the score obtained in Gujarat PGCET. It is to be noted that GATE-qualified candidates applying for the Gujarat PGCET are not required to appear in the entrance test as they are eligible for direct admission.

• Separate cutoffs are determined for GATE-qualified candidates and Gujarat PGCET-qualified students.

• Candidates must select LD College of Engineering, Ahmedabad as their preferred college for admission.

• Further, candidates who meet the cutoff are eligible to participate in the Gujarat PGCET counselling.

• Later, the last step includes verification of documents and payment of LDCE admission fees.

• SSC examination (class 10) mark sheet and certificate

• HSC examination (class 12) mark sheet and certificate

• GUJCET or JEE  Main scorecard (for UG admission)

• Bachelor’s degree certificate (for PG admission)

• Gujarat PGCET or GATE scorecard (for M.E admission)

• CMAT scorecard (for M.C.A admission)

• Non-creamy layer (NCL) certificate (if applied for OBC category)

• Physical disability certificate issued by the civil surgeon/competent medical authority by PwD candidates

• Photographs of the candidate for other states/other than the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary School Examination Board

• Certificate of an ex-serviceman, duly issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board, Gujarat state or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer

• A copy of the certificate of in-serviceman duly issued by the commanding officer of the respective unit in which he is serving

• School leaving certificate or transfer certificate

• Caste certificate (from candidates belonging to categories other than general)

• Valid income certificate

Note: Selected candidates can submit the original academic and personal certificates for verification to confirm the seats.
