if you want admission in Ldce ,ahmedabad,first of all you have to score atleast 80 to 90% in boards exam, as far as jee main is concerned you have to score above 120.if you are sc/st than you have more advantage of getting admission.yes you can appear for any one of these exam for admission.
If you have passed your class 12th from Cambridge Board(CIE) then i think there will be no problem if you wantto go for GUJCET exam.
There is absolutely no restriction for a candidate to appear for the Gujcet exams.
It doesn't matter whether from which board he/she belongs.
