For pursue MBBS in any college in INDIA, you must have to appear in NEET and achieve the minimum marks so that you cleared the cutoff. It makes you eligible to appear for the counselling procedure and if you deserve, you will be provided with a seat of MBBS in any medical college across the country.

There is no college or group of institute in lime light which tends to take direct admission after 12th.

There isn't any institude where there is schooling which continues to college. You have to appear for the entrance exam. If not you can buy your seat, in a private college.

There is no shortcut to MBBS so there is a way and that is the entrance exam which you will have to appear for in order to get admission in good colleges.
You can try to know if there are direct admissions in MBBS but generally there is no management quota seats in MBBS as well.
