No, there is no Defence Quota for admission to Medical or Dental colleges via NEET 2019 in West Bengal. 

The only quotas that are applicable for the medical and Dental colleges are-

Economically Weaker Section (EWS)

Other Backward Classes (OBC)

Scheduled Caste (SC)

Scheduled tribe (ST)

Person With Disabilities(PWD)
