Hi Saswat!!!! To be eligible to apply for government colleges through josaa counselling it is necessary to get atleast 75 percent in boards. Since you don't meet the requirements you wouldn't be able to get admission through josaa counselling. You should try for other colleges through different entrance exams or go for private colleges.
