See , your obtained JEE rank is too faar through which it might be difficult to predict whether you will get the government engineering institute in Odhisa and as per the eligibility says for opting the government institutions the candidate Should have the atleast score of more then 75 % inorder to get into it if he/she is from the General Category and in your case it is lagging. So kindly go for the other options.
