Yes you can, there are two broad ways to get into the Delhi School of Economics(232 seats)-Direct admission(50% seats)and Entrance test(50% seats):-
1.Direct Admission(116 seats)- Any applicant who has previously studied B.A.(Hons.) in Economics from the University of Delhi and has secured a minimum of 60% marks is eligible to apply under this category. However, admissions under this category are given to those who have had a very good academic record during their graduation. This category of admissions is just like the undergraduation cutoff system. In 2017 admissions the last percentage at which direct admission was offered was:-
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
83.72% for General Category
72.56% for OBC
68.36% for SC
57.04% for ST
55.60 % for PwD
60.20% for CW
2. Entrance Test(116 seats)- Anyone with 60% marks in graduation/postgraduation (any subject from any recognised University) can appear for the entrance test.
In short you have to get atleast 60% as an eligibility and appear for entrance , those who make it to the entrance requisite score get through entrance
