Hi aspirant, first of all if anyone wants to go in architecture field then he/she needs to opt for B.Arch through JEE.
Otherwise if anyone wish to go in architecture stream after applying for B.Tech then it is not possible for an individual to go in B.Arch college.
The left option is he/she need to go in private college in order to get graduation in architecture.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't get admission in B.ARCH  course by giving J.E.E mains entrance for B.TECH course you need to give entrance exam that is J.E.E mains paper 2 to get admission in architecture and related courses.
