At 66 percent your merit rank will between 15K to 18K..& Most of the government college merit rank will end at around 12k to 13 K..so You have slim chance to get in government college..
But still you can Fill this college at Priority level in ACPC college filling process..If you can get it then Its great..But make your Plan B also..
