No, you will not get admission in VIT. You have to attend the VIT counselling for getting your choice campus of VIT.

It might sound unfortunate, but you cannot secure a seat for yourself if you do not attend the counseling after clearing the entrance exam. To secure your admission in the college you need to make sure that you go thru all the stages of admission procedure. You are not allowed to skip any. Plus if you do not go to the counseling you will not get the discipline you want nor a seat.

No you will not be granted a seat in VIT if you donot attend the counselling. To participate in the counselling process you will need to deposit a certain amount. If you donot attend the counselling then even if you have scored good in VITEE your seat will be cancelled.
