As the cutoff marks required in NEET entrance exam for getting admission in government colleges ends around 450 depends on the level of the college.The marks required for getting admission in BDS in government colleges you need to score 500+ marks atleast.
As your score is 490+ there is some chance for you to get government seat but not confirmed.with some donations you can definitely get a seat in government college.
