It is difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in Computer Science Engineering why because the rank depends on 60% marks score in AEEE and 40% marks scored in PCM in class 12. But in the year 2019 or before that the rank was based on marks score in AEEE alone. So this means that cut off changes and previous years cut off cannot be considered to predict the chances as the cut off in 2020 depends on various factors like normalized marks of different boards, number of candidates appeared and other such factors.You have to wait until the counselling is over to know the cut off.
