Can i upload self declaration form in may 2021 attempt exam of jee mains in place of pwd certificate now iam nothaving permanent PWD certificate iam having temporary pwd certificate?

Hi,
No you cannot upload the self declaration form in place of PwD certificate. It is suggested for you to upload the temporary PwD certificate. Self Declaration form is a COVID related form which is a written assurance that the candidate has not been in contact with any covid positive patient or have no symptoms.
