Hello, I am a OBC student I got qualified jee main 2021 & I'm ready to give an attempt for advance 2021 but I don't have OBC certificate after 1st April. So now i submitted a declaration form. But if i don't receive my OBC certificate till date then, will i be able to attempt my exam or not?

Notice to OBC-NCL Candidates :
If you do not have a VALID OBC-NCL certificate issued after April 01, 2021, for JEE Advance 2021
You must upload a VALID certificate issued after April 1, 2021 by October 2, 2021 till 17:00 IST in the online portal.
You have to submit your valid OBC-NCL certificate before downloading your admit card.
