Dear Bagish, you will have to get a new OBC NCL certificate
The reason being you are given an OBC NCL certificate based on the income earned for 3 financial years before the certificate has been issued. For example, when the OBC NCL certificate was issued to you in April 2017, the family income of 3 previous years i.e. 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 was taken into consideration. The validity usually stays for 1 yesr i.e. until April 2018. Now you have to get a new certificate done.

thanks a lot....but is it possible to get another ncl certificate because i already had one and now it's validity is over???

Yes, you can because once the validity of any certificate is over, they give you a new one.
