See in JOSAA counselling, the seats are allotted on the basis of category rank, CRL Rank, Home state quota and Open state but on the other hand in CSAB only CRL rank is considered for allotment of seats in various institutions. Note that the seats remain vacant in JOSAA Counselling are filled through CSAB Counselling by considering the CRL rank of each and every candidate.
