The cutoff changes every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of the question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.
This year the cutoff has gone too high.

You have not mentioned your state. Anyways with 345 marks and SC category your chances of getting a decent ESIC colllege are pretty high.
So follow the counselling process and be updated with dates and schedule to assure you mr seat.
Having said that cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam and number of students appearing etc.
