Yes ,you are definately eligible for applying in ESIC medical colleegs in all over india , because the IP quota provides you with the flexibility of applying through state quota as well as all india quota. With your score , you have chances of getting a medical seat in ESIC medical college. Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff.
