Hello, Mahati. A Total of 40 Marks is required out of 160 Marks to qualify TS EAMCET. So you won't be getting a rank in TS EAMCET.

Sir i dont have any chances for doing b.tech?? Then what should i do

You can join other streams, but if you are confident about getting a good rank with preparation from coaching, then drop a tear. But dropping a year is not advised to you, as there are many factors you will face, which becomes a burden to you.
If I get 41 marks after adding inter marks will I qualify sir
