    NMIMS CET 2026:  Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has revised the NMIMS CET 2026 exam dates on the official website, nmimscet.in. According to the latest revised updates, there is only single schedule for NMIMS CET 2026 exam. The last date for NMIMS CET 2026 registration is May 26, 2026. Candidates who have passed/appeared in Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks in PCM, or have a diploma in engineering with at least 45% marks, are eligible to apply for the NMIMS CET exam. Candidates can download the NMIMS CET admit card 2026 after the completion of the application and slot booking. The new NMIMS CET 2026 exam dates are published online.

    About NMIMS CET 2026

    NMIMS CET 2026 is a computer-based test with a duration of 120 minutes and no negative marking. The exam will be held across 65 cities in India. The NMIMS CET exam will cover 5 sections - Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics, Logical Intelligence, and Proficiency in Language. Candidates who qualify for the NMIMS CET exam will be eligible for admission to various campuses of the participating institutes. NMIMS CET 2026 exam will be held for admission to B.Tech and MBA (Tech) programs offered by Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management Engineering (MPSTME)/ School of Technology Management Engineering (STME) at Mumbai, Shirpur, Chandigarh, Navi Mumbai, and Indore campuses, and B. Pharm + MBA (Pharma Tech) offered by Shobhaben Pratapbhai Patel School of Pharmacy & Technology Management, Mumbai/ School of Pharmacy Management (SPTM) at Shirpur, Indore, and Hyderabad campus.

    Qualified candidates have to participate in the counselling process for admission. The authority will generate a merit list for the qualified candidates. The authority will then send the offer letters online. Candidates have to download the offer letters and fill in the admission form provided. After the form is submitted, the authority will conduct the document verification. Students whose documents are verified have to pay the admission fee and confirm their admission.

    NMIMS-CET NMIMS Common Entrance Test (session 2026)

    B.Tech

    There are certain conditions and requirements that candidates are required to meet to be eligible for admission. The authority will provide the detailed NMIMS CET eligibility criteria for B.Tech admissions online. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. Candidates can check the NMIMS CET eligibility criteria below.

    B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

    • English as compulsory subject with science or vocational science, minimum 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry / Vocational subject for all campuses OR

    • Candidates passing Diploma Engineering with a minimum 45% are also eligible to apply.

    B.Pharm + MBA (Pharma Tech)

    Candidates applying for NMIMS-CET 2024 for admission to B.Pharm + MBA (Pharma Tech) must check the eligibility criteria set up by SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed to be University. The detailed eligibility criteria is as follows:

    • A candidate must have passed class 10+2 or equivalent examination including International Baccalaureate Diploma. IB certificate/ D.P. awarded candidates are eligible only if they have cleared their IB exam with total of minimum 24 credits having passed 3 HL & 3 SL mandatorily.
    • They must have compulsorily secured 50 per cent marks in PCM or PCB.
    • They must have studied English subject at 10+2
    • Candidates of CBSE and ICSE board should mention in the online registration form 10+2 or equivalent aggregate marks of all the subjects for which the candidate has taken and appeared for (not best of four, five, six or seven). The candidate shall have passed all the subjects. The aggregate percentage of all subjects for which the candidate has taken and appeared will be taken into consideration for confirming eligibility of the candidate for the program at the time of admission. For B. Pharm + MBA (Pharma. Tech) program admission is based on PCM / PCB percentage.
    • Candidates above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply 
    • Candidates who have passed or are appearing for 10+2 examination from a Board / University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the Board / University concerned, the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained.  
    • Those appearing for their final 10+2 or equivalent examination can also apply provided they obtain the required minimum cut off marks and also produce the entire necessary documents, in original, within the given stipulated time.

    MBA Tech

    Students wishing to apply for the MBA Tech programmes must fulfil certain criteria as specified by the authorities. The NMIMS-CET eligibility criteria for MBA Tech can be checked below before filling the application form.

    MBA Tech Eligibility Criteria

    • Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Students with International Baccalaureate Diploma are also eligible. They must have studied English as a compulsory subject along with science/ vocational science subjects. They must have scored a minimum 50% marks in PCM to be eligible to apply for Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Indore campus. Students applying to Shirpur campus should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in PCM. 

    • Students  appearing for 10+2 or equivalent examination and awaiting their result are also eligible to apply.

    • Candidates with IB Diploma must have Mathematics at Standard Level (SL) to be eligible.

    • Students who have passed Diploma Engineering with a minimum 50% are eligible to apply.

    • International Baccalaureate Diploma students (IB Certificate with PCM Compulsory) & DP awarded candidates with 24 credits compulsory having passed a minimum 3 subjects at Higher Level (HL) and minimum 3 subjects at Standard Level (SL) mandatorily from any stream are also eligible to apply

    • Candidates above 25 years of age will not be eligible to apply for NMIMS-CET.

    • The candidates can select multiple programs and multiple campuses. 
    • Three examination dates will be available to each candidate. They can give a maximum of two attempts for any category. The examination date once chosen cannot be altered after successful completion of registration and payment.

    • Test centres are allotted on first cum first-served basis only. The candidates can choose different test centres for each examination date as per the availability of seats.

Candidates preparing for the upcoming entrance exam are advised to check the exam pattern of NMIMS CET 2026 to familiarise themselves with the format of the exam. NMIMS CET 2026 will be conducted for 120 minutes based on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and more. There is no negative marking. The NMIMS-CET Exam will comprise 5 major sections.                                                                                       • Candidates will be required to appear in NMIMS-CET conducted in online mode.
                                                                                      • Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NMIMS-CET 2024 & preference of campus given in the online registration form
                                                                                      • The cut-off for deciding the merit shall lie solely with NMIMS. 
                                                                                      • Admission offer is given as per merit, preference of campus (if any) and vacancy. Waitlisted candidates have to check their merit list status as per date given on the website. Selected candidate should upload necessary required document at the link provided in the admission offer letter, and after verification of the uploaded documents; the candidate will get the payment link (RTGS / NEFT details) for the payment of course fees within the stipulated time frame

                                                                                      The selection process for candidates applying for MBA (Tech) through NMIMS-CET 2024 is as follows:

                                                                                      • The selection process will be conducted in three rounds
                                                                                      • In round 1 and round 2, the merit list will be prepared on the basis of mark secured in NMIMS CET and the preference given at the time of registration
                                                                                      • From round 3 onwards, candidates will be given admission to various disciplines as per their merit, choice and availability of discipline at the time of counseling as per eligibility criteria.
                                                                                      • The decision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained 
                                                                                      • Candidate will not be considered for merit list if they fail to update class 10+2 or equivalent exam or predicted marks in registration form
                                                                                      • For round 3 counselling, candidates may be called for counseling session at Mumbai, based on the merit list. They are required for admission process in person for counseling session. Candidates should carry the Demand Draft / Pay order of eligible course fees. The payment details will be mentioned in counseling call letter. In the counseling session candidates will be given admission to various disciplines as per their merit, choice and availability of discipline as per eligibility criteria & vacancy

                                                                                      No, JEE Main marks are not accepted by NMIMS for admission to the BTech programme. A passing score on the NMIMS university entrance exam is required for admission to the BTech programme. You need to score good marks in NPAT exam to get admission in NMIMS.

A student must  score a minimum of 50 to 60% marks and for safer side it must be 75% such that it will help in getting good enginerring college on direct admission basis or
