Due to COVID-19 pandemic, is it possible that the JEE be cancelled this year and the admissions at IITs and other top engineering institutions be made on the basis of 12th score + an interview?

Hello,
Whether JEE will take or not is hard to tell but as per officials,sooner or later it will happen in upcoming months but when it will happen depends on COVID-19 situation.But i can assure you one thing with 200% surety that admission in IITs or any colleges will never happen on the basis of 12th marks and Interview.
So, don't think about these things and keep on preparing when these times will pass without preparation, then you will feel very disappointed when the dates for the exam will be announced.

Hello Adnan, nobody knows how this pandemic is going to affect our life in almost every aspect, day by day situation is getting worse and classes are now conducting online, also various universities postponed their semester exams (not cancelled, but postponed), so in view of all these things the probability of getting jee main exam cancelled is very low, so don't let such thoughts popped up in your mind, and focus on your preparation.
