Should I stop preparation for entrance exam and focused on remain 10+2 board exam as I heard that due to corona virus covid 19 universities can be cancelled the exam and noticed that the admission will based on 10+2 marks?

You for sure need to focus on your class 12th boards examinations and prepare for them wholeheartedly so that you can get into a college if it is on merit basis also you can't retake your boards examinations so as to improve your percentage in class 12th but you surely can reappear for your entrance test.
