For an OCI candidate , what is the fees if he gets selected in 15 % All India Quota ? Is it normal fees or NRI fees?

It depends on the institution, but normally OCIs pay NRI fees for their tuition and other related fees. In fact, the entire fee structure is based on the NRI fee system.
