I am an OCI residing in India for the past 12 years, if qualified in Neet will my fees structure be same as Indian National Or OCI/NRI fees

Your fees structure will be that of OCI/NRI category. Though you have been living in India for longer period, because your nationality is OCI, your fees structure will be that of OCI.
