Hope you are doing all good. With the rank at hand (145000) and you belonging to general category, you unfortunately won't get any NITs / IIITs / DTU or any top college under DU. However, you might get into some Private Colleges, which again might not be the top ones.
My advice, here would be not to choose some low ranked college this year, and give other entrance exams or rather take a drop and try to score good percentile in JEE Mains next year.
