Hi,
I am sorry to inform you but I don't think at this rank you can get any NIT. Last year closing rank through JOSAA counseling was 4715 rank for general candidate. However you can definitely try I. Other state colleges as well as try your luck with other entrances. However this year, due to Covid you can see changes in cutoffs of different colleges. Hope for better.
