Based in your marks you have less chances of getting admission in a government medical college under all india quota and state quota but you do have chances if getting admission in private medical colleges under state quota and fees of private medical college are generally over 40 lakhs.I suggest you should you should take a drop and prepare for next year so that you could get in government medical college where fees is very low.

Your score is more than average. You can apply in COMEDK. This is consorotium of private medical colleges but with very low budget as compared to any other private college in India. If you are from south or maharashtra , with 85% state you have also chances for government colleges , as these states have very low cutoff comparatively.
