Expected BAMS Cut Off (for Hyderabad Karnataka Region Category) -

  • General Category - 440+
  • OBC Category - 430+
  • SC Category - 420+
  • ST Category - 370+

So, I can conclude that there are less chances for getting a BAMS Seat in a Government College with 385 marks in NEET UG . However, you can easily get a BAMS Seat in a Private College.

Alternatively, to get a list of all colleges ( AYUSH ) you can get via All India Counselling with your rank and score, you can use the College Predictor Tool - NEET College Predictor 2021 - Predict Colleges based on your Rank (careers360.com)

To get complete details about AYUSH Courses, you can visit the link - Admission to AYUSH courses through NEET 2021 - Dates, Registration, Process (careers360.com)
