Hi Abhishek,
I am sorry to say but your marks are very low and with 173/720 marks, even considering your SC category, your rank wouldn't be enough to get you into any college. BAMS is a considerably new inclusion into to the NEET pattern and so the cutoffs cannot be said as certain but 173 is surely not enough.
