Hello Sir/Ma'am I got 80 Mark's in clat 2019 (prediction) and I am a ST Candidate. Do I have a chance to get into the top NLU's

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere near 10000-15000. So you can definitely expect some of the good NLUs. Since you're an ST candidate, for the rank you'll get you can expect colleges like 

HNLU, Raipur 

GNLU, Gandhinagar 

RMLNLU, Lucknow 

RAHUL, Patiala 

CNLU, Patna 

And all the other 10 NLUs below them. And if you belong to a state among the NLUs I've mentioned then definitely go for it. You've high chances.
