There must me some issue with your upload or possibly with the device which you are using to upload.The could be issues with the version of the windows or browser of your PC or Laptop.
They wont respond to call or mail because the offices are possibly shut due to COVID-19 pandemic.I would suggest you to update you window a d or change the system from which you are uploading.
