Here are the documents required at the time of admission for MBBS in Karnataka State (1st round counselling) in NEET - 

  • Printout of Application Karnataka MBBS Form
  • NEET Admit Card
  • Bank Challan copy for Karnataka MBBS application for fees
  • Secondary School Certificate
  • Mark sheet of Class 12 or 2nd PUC
  • Two recent passport size photograph
  • Attested study certificate by Deputy Director of Public Instruction (DDPI) or Block Education Officer.
