The cutoff of ISE department in RV collge was around 6000 last year for SC general students. And for SC rural students it was around 20000. So if you have rural quota then definitely you will get seat in RV college.
The cutoff trend changes every year. But also it will near to the previous year's cutoff only. But if you don't have rural quota then you have no chance of getting seat in ISE department in RV college.
