see directorate of technical education madhyapradesh conducts, MP BE counselling for admission in bachelors of technology/ bachelors of engineering course. the eligibility criteria is candidates must complete the 12th exam from recognized university with qualifying marks and must appeared in jee man exam. however Candidates without JEE Main score can also apply for MP B.E admission, and Class 12 merit of the candidates will be considered while preparing merit list.

qualifying marks criteria is as follows,

General category aspirants should have secured at least 45% marks in their 10+2.

SC or ST category candidates  should have secured at least 40% marks in their 10+2.

Aspirants must have Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2.

The optional subjects which the candidates can have in 10+2 are Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Computer Science.

cutoff changes every year and varies with factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level,seat matrix etc. however at this score you have less chances for government college or tier 1 private college.
