You have not mentioned your category which is important to know whether you will get a college seat or not.
So talking about General category it is not possible to get a government medical seat in AIQ or UP state quota with your marks but you can try private and deemed colleges as you have a chance there.

As you haven't mentioned your category , I'm assuming that you belong to general category.

According to your score , it would be impossible for you to get a government mbbs college but you can try for private ones but also your chances in private would also be quite low due to your low score.

as cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.
