First of all getting good rank in competitive exam do not depend on board marks
And if you are a hard worker and smart worker then NOBODY can stop u in clearing any exam .
First ask from yourself that you are passionate about your study or not and also that you have potential of clearing exam or not ,if the answer is yess the do anything u can do for exam .. nothing can stop u

You need to fullfill the eligibility criteria of neet that is

• Candidates must possess the qualification marks for English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually.

• For the general category candidates, it is 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the class 12thexam

• For the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories, the minimum mark is 40% in aggregate in the class 12thexam.

• Students with physical disability in lower limbs, 45% marks for the general category and 40% marks for the reserved category in Physics, Chemistry and Biology are required.
