When comparing the results of previous years for king George Medical university, Lucknow, one was required to have a score of 424 in SC category under the state quota. For this score, the corresponding rank was around 4,200. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. So,  a score of something which is not less than 450 would fetch you a seat there, this year.
